Exhibitor Passes - Essential Information

You can now register your booth personnel via the "Exhibitor Passes - Registration" menu item in the Ezone portal.

• You may register up to 10 booth personnel at a time. Once submitted, you can return to register additional personnel if needed.
• Important: Please register only the number of passes you actually require. For example, if you are entitled to 10 passes but only need 3, register only 3 personnel.

Note - If you register for 10 passes but only complete the details for 3 personnel (e.g., because the information for the remaining personnel is not yet available) and then exit the portal, you may lose access to the remaining 7 unassigned passes.

To avoid this, please only register the number of personnel for whom you have complete details at the time and return later to register the rest once their information is available.
